When I want to bake something for the next day’s breakfast and I have zero inspiration and very little time I will always go for this super easy bundt cake.
While it is really easy to make it looks very interesting since I am using the bundt cake pan. And mine is pretty basic, there are lots of other shapes of pans that look even more impressive. If you don’t have a bundt cake pan don’t worry! You can use a rectangular baking dish and that will work just as well.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup neutral oil
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together the sugar and eggs.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Coat the cake pan with butter and flour.
- Pour the dough into the bundt cake pan.
- Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 45 mins.
